Dell's Mission

Maxwell considers herself an advocate for children and lectures workshops that are designed to motivate, inspire
and educate individuals in occupations associated with Early Childhood through Middle School Apprenticeship.

• To motivate, encourage and introduce methods of reducing stress.
• To promote building strong bridges that link working together and a healthy attitude toward teaching children together.
• To express the importance of, and enhance the storytelling of teachers, caregivers and parents inside and outside of classrooms.
